Machaela Cavanaugh of Omaha over her removal and later return of part of an art display at the Nebraska Capitol. Sheriff Terry Wagner told the Lincoln Journal Star on Friday that an investigator had been assigned to review evidence related to the incident and conduct interviews.

This stems from a warrant issued in Collin County, Texas for evading arrest or detention using a vehicle on or about Oct. 14, 2025. On Monday Jan. 12th, a judge set Ferrari’s bond at $25,000.
